Work Experience & Skill

  • 10+ years of experience in the service delivery projects using Mule ESB, JAVA, J2EE, spring framework, SOA, Web services (Rest and SOAP), XML
  • Must have implementation experience using Mule ESB in atleast 1/2 projects
  • Hands on experience on Rest and SOAP Webservices
  • Should have working knowledge in implementation of multiple connectors, usage different integration patterns, having knowledge on different message formats using Mule ESB is required
  • Should be capable to manage/mentor/guide team
  • Should be capable to work on customer team directly
  • Working knowledge on AWS, S3, Cloud is required
  • Should be able to provide estimations for the integration artefacts
  • Experience in usage of tools Eclipse, SOAP UI, Maven, Creating Mavenised projects
  • Implementation knowledge on SDLC phases, working experience on Continuous Integration (CI) process is required
  • Working knowledge with databases ORACLE, SQL Server, mySQL
  • Should be hands-on technical and should work as either individual contributor or team member
  • Should be having an experience in handling the resources in technical areas
  • Must have knowledge in code version mechanism using tools like TeamCity, GIT hub
  • Should have Junit/MUnit test case development knowledge
  • Knowledge on Agile scrum and water fall methodology
  • Multi domain expertise and working knowledge on other integration tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

On time Delivery

  • Responsible for technical design
  • Identification and Implementation of re-usable assets/components
  • Identification of root causes and providing necessary technical solution and implementation
  • Forecasting technical risks and mitigation plan sharing with technical architect & delivery manager
  • Providing and reviewing estimations
  • Contribution to process review and improvement

Pre-Sales

  • Contribution to the pre-sales activities and competency activities
  • Submitting white papers, contribution to technical blogs
  • Deliver PoCs

Mentoring

  • Enablement session

Individual Development

  • Accountable and owner for consistent quality deliverables as defined in QMS/QA
  • Ontime delivery
  • Development of interfaces using best practices and following development life cycle process
  • Completion of code review as defined in the development process adhering to code review checklist
  • Creating project documents with utmost quality and submitting to project manager
  • Creating test cases using Munit/Junit
  • Performing unit testing
  • Supporting integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Follow release management process

Customer consulting

  • Being available to customer within business hours
  • Timely responsive to customer queries and emails
  • Clarify the customer queries via email, chat and over phone
  • Following escalation process
  • Recommend best practices proactively

Adhere to Compliance

  • Submission of project status report on time
  • Organization policies and guidelines
  • Customer compliances and process

Qualifications

  • B Tech, M Tech, MCA, Postgraduate
  • Mule Certification would be an added advantage
