Architect, Tax & Revenue Management/PSCD/FICA

Role Location

Delhi/Mumbai/Noida/Pune/Hyderabad

Understand customer’s business requirements and translate into solution architecture
Engage with customers and conduct workshops on architecting end-end TRM solutions
Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
Compile project specifications
Build and deliver Proof of Concept (PoCs) to convince the customer with a solution
Demonstrate a passion for Finance/ Tax Solutions/PSCD (Public Sector Collection and Disbursement) domain
Lead and coach team of consultants
Follow architecture trends and advancements in SAP TRM

Overall, 12-15 years of experience in SAP using Tax & Revenue Management, FICO, FICA, PSCD
Should have architected at least two to three TRM, PSCD solutions for government/public sector organizations
Thorough understanding of the interpretation of Legislation, SAP TRM Architecture & Configuration including new-age UI.
Should have experience in leading requirement gathering workshops, business blueprint preparation and solution design, preparation of functional specifications, role and authorisation creation in SAP TRM for new objects.
Data migration knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills, matured in a client partnering role
Willing to global travel for project implementation & pre-sales
Leadership experience in full-cycle implementation is highly desired
Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours throughout geographies
