The certification process itself is a rigorous assessment that covers a partner’s entire support centre, including staff, processes and infrastructure. Certification validates that an organisation can meet every requirement needed to provide high quality services to its customers and to ensure standards don’t slip, we’re required to renew this critical SAP certification every two years.
