I've been with Invenio since our humble beginnings in 2008, and have grown our global business. My role today is to guide the management team and keep the business on track with our core values of transparency, customer focus and value delivery. That means spending as much face time as I can with customers and employees alike but also giving Arun the support and guidance to run the global business.
I've always said that great value delivery and exceptional customer focus will keep us going, keep us growing and help us stay ahead of the competition.
Outside of Invenio, I love movies, TV, music and great food - and I love cooking and entertaining at home.
I manage Invenio's business globally. I joined Invenio in 2013 with over 25 years of experience. Since then, Invenio has grown from 200 to over 450 people. We've put in place processes, systems and structures that ensure we keep to our core values of customer focus, transparency, value delivery and expertise while maintaining flexibility and agility.
My focus has been on delivering success for our customers while driving transparency, accountability and value delivery through all our engagements. I'm excited about being able to help our customers transform their businesses and achieve success through delivery of business critical projects.
When I'm not at work, I read a lot, especially philosophy and enjoy travelling.
My role is to manage the technical consultancy function at Invenio. I have a passion for SAP development tools and creating solutions that delight customers. My team define the architecture of new systems and create new Invenio products.
One of the projects I am most proud of is Invenio's HANA Lab, which aims to let customers see just what HANA can do for their business. Since I took my Masters in Computer Science, I have worked across a number of roles including at Siemens where I was Head of SAP Data Warehousing.
I joined Invenio after working at IBM, HCL and SAP where I was head of their Global Delivery Centre. I work with our clients and guide Invenio delivery teams to ensure that we deliver value that exceeds client expectations. The flexibility, agility and customer commitment demonstrated by the Invenio teams is what gives me the confidence to be able to keep up the promises of value delivery and customer delight.
Outside of Invenio, I enjoy TV, reading and spending time with family and friends.
I've been working in IT for over 20 years now, helping customers simplify their complex IT landscapes with enterprise architecture and integration architecture to achieve automation and digital transformation.
I spend most of my time at Invenio talking to customers and prospects to understand their vision and future roadmap in order to provide the right solutions to integrate their ERP. I also create and deliver proof of concepts to ensure architecture recommendations work for our customers.
Outside of work, you might find me on adventures drives and exploring nature.
The best part of working for Invenio is the culture of transparency with our customers and our passion for customer-centricity. Recently, a customer told me that Invenio demonstrated flexibility and business value, saying it's comforting to know we are a global organisation with offices from Los Angeles to Germany, Saudi to India, with a head office just 30 miles from London.
My role is to create value for our clients from their software installations. I have over 25 years' experience, some of which was at SAP across a wide range of industries, globally.
Outside of Invenio, I have two teenagers and enjoy playing football, playing the guitar and dog walking with my family.
I head up our Private Sector division. When I joined in 2009, Invenio was still a young organisation. Today, we are a major player in the industry, mainly due to our customer focused approach and transparency.
I'm always keen to learn about new developments in technology. I started as an SAP Consultant, but have held positions in Sales, Project Management, Pre-Sales and Key Account Management. Having previously worked at Siemens, I have a particular passion for Media, Entertainment and Technology.
Outside work, I'm a big sports fan - cricket, football, badminton and chess to name but a few. I'm currently learning Martial Arts for self-defence and I'm training for my blue belt.
As a Chief Mentor, I spend much of my time talking to SAP Consultants to keep them motivated by guiding them in various aspects of consulting. I keep them informed on various initiatives and developments in the organisation.
My team is responsible for delivering manufacturing, logistics and finance solutions. I review their proposals ensuring compliance with the guiding principles for the solution.
Outside work, I enjoy trekking and being close to nature.
I am a seasoned SAP professional having worn a variety of hats – user, consultant, project manager and program director. Today, I head the public sector sales function at Invenio. My role is to work with customers to build roadmaps for digital transformation and create opportunities for growth in the public sector.
I have first-hand experience in successfully delivering complex SAP projects across the globe in the UK, US, mainland Europe, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India across different industries. Over the last 3 years, I have been actively involved in the SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) practice at Invenio where I helped deliver SAP TRM at the General Authority for Zakat & Tax, Saudi Arabia in the role of Program Director.
At Invenio, I believe myself to be a problem solver and part of a winning team with the customer.
Outside of work, I like to go on long walks, watch cricket, football (Chelsea fan) and I love reading books to my two children at home.
Since November 2015, I have been focused on ensuring statutory compliance worldwide for Invenio. With offices across 4 continents and 7 countries, this is a growing requirement for the business as we go through an amazing growth story.
I believe corporate support functions are an integral part of the organisation, as they generate immense value. This could be achieved by providing timely data for informed decision making or taking care of compliance so stakeholders can sleep in peace.
I take a keen interest in sports statistics outside of work and I love to travel.
We are so blessed at Invenio to have the consultants and industry leaders that we do. Working with the team to devise the right communications for our market reminds me of this every day. Through our website, social networks, events and client meetings I aim to cut out the clutter and deliver the information our current and potential clients need to make their decision with confidence. My job is made so much easier by being able to offer products which have proven time and time again to solve operational problems, deliver fast ROI with substantial cost savings. With happy customers all over the world, it’s a great story to tell.
Outside Invenio, I love reading a great book and exploring food markets but most of all I love spending time with my husband, sons and our two fluffy dogs.
As Invenio scales up, we need to ensure that our people strategy is aligned and designed for the businesses we support. My role is to make sure that the HR function continually responds to challenges and opportunities, and drives efficiencies in people processes.
Our HR emphasis is on attracting the best talent with the right attitude and skills, to invest in their development, provide diverse work opportunities, to value the contribution of our people and treat them fairly. In my role, I have the opportunity to coach and mentor our people to become more rounded professionals. At the heart of this is keeping people engaged, making the workplace enjoyable and reasserting Invenio's core values.
Outside of work, I love to travel, I jog and I'm a staunch believer in the power of yoga.
Head of Quality Assurance
I have been working in the IT industry for 30 years in Delivery Management as well as Quality Assurance roles. I work closely with the Invenio staff and customers to assess the quality being delivered to our customers. I collaborate with employees to assess their understanding of processes, improve their process awareness and understand the challenges they face. I am continuously looking for ways to improve our processes so we efficiently deliver the highest standard of quality which is consistent across the organisation. Our processes have helped the management and stakeholders in gaining better visibility into project progress and consultant performance.
