	Partho Bhattacharya, Managing Director: Partho heads the Invenio Board and has significant previous experience in managing SAP Practices at IBM, Tata, Perot Systems, Siemens and Sapphire Systems to name a few. His philosophy is to provide customers with value in every contact, and to exceed expectations by delivering what has been promised “on brief, on schedule and on budget”. A mechanical engineer by training, Partho was schooled by Tata in management, IBM in sales, by SAP in SAP and by a large number of customers in customer care. Partho is available to take customer calls any time of the day, 7 days a week unless absolutely indisposed.
	Sanjay Hiranandani, Chief Executive Officer: Sanjay heads the operations and, as Invenio's CEO, his remit is to grow and develop Invenio’s business operations to enable the company deliver its services to SAP customers on a global basis. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Sanjay entered the world of SAP in the late 1990s. His most recent SAP experience includes 11 years at Siemens Information Systems – heading up a number of their SAP industry practices and helping the business to achieve SAP’s ‘Best Partner Award’ for the Asia-Pacific region. Amongst Sanjay’s major achievements is the introduction of the SAP Media solution to India and the acquisition of the largest E Governance project ever attempted by SAP at the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
	Naveen Agarwal, Technical Director: Naveen heads the technical consultancy function. He began his career as a programmer in Siemens and advanced through the ranks of the organisation to become Head of SAP Data Warehousing within Siemens’ highly regarded SAP consulting practice. He has an absolute passion for SAP development tools – and often delights his customers with the wonders he can perform with them! Naveen heads Invenio’s offshore function in New Delhi but spends approximately half his time in the UK. Naveen has a Masters in Computer Science backing his experience in the field.
	Laura Coles, Director of Marketing: Laura heads the marketing and customer service functions for Invenio.  Her most recent SAP experience includes six years as Marketing Manager for Europe’s leading SAP Business One partner - Sapphire Systems plc – where she helped grow their SAP practice from a standing start to becoming the largest and most respected reseller in the UK. Other roles include Head of Database Marketing at Business Intelligence leader Hyperion and a variety of senior marketing positions at some of the City’s most exclusive investment banking and professional services firms.
	Ganesh Devle, Project Manager: Ganesh is Invenio's Head of Delivery. He gained his knowledge of SAP whilst working at Siemens and now holds an in-depth knowledge across many modules, functions and technologies across SAP.
